You may want to look at http://www.questbiz.com.au/. Our construction arm swore by it. The construction group were severed from the company after a take-over in January and as far as I know they still use the suite. I removed any traces of it from our systems (except old emails) to free up servers and space, though it wasn't too big.
They sell the product as Quest Estimating etc, but once installed it was actually a third-party product, ProcontractorMX, with their banner. Check out http://www.maxwellsystems.com as they are supplier.
